They’re crafted from natural ingredients including Shipton Mill flour and organic fresh milk. This selection is designed to accompany any cheeseboard and contains three individually wrapped trays.

Peter’s Yard, Peter Ljungquist is a quiet Swede who believes we are all happiest when we use our natural talents. He cares deeply about pursuing his passions and so joined together with friends including Swedish master baker, Jan Hedh, to revive traditional baking methods and recipes. Their desire to turn away from commercial yeast and return to slower, more rewarding sourdough techniques drove them to open a small bakery in a typical Skånegård deep in the Swedish countryside.
The range is now made in his artisan bakery in the UK, following the original Swedish recipe. We use natural, high quality ingredients including John’s organic Shipton Mill flour, organic fresh milk and our precious sourdough, which ferments for 16 hours before each batch is made.
